Le programme politique local du Parti Pirate Lyon suit les principes du logiciel libre :
- en constante évolution ;
- placé sous une licence libre ;
- ouvert sur l’extérieur ;
- transparent dans sa construction ;
- jugé sur son efficacité et non pas sur des a priori idéologiques ;
- autant une démarche qu’un résultat.
Aussi, le programme politique local du Parti Pirate Lyon se présente sous la forme d’un ensemble de billets sur ce blog. Nos projets en cours sont :
- la clarification sur la vidéosurveillance lyonnaise : politique de conservation et de gestion des données, accès aux enregistrement, budgets, retour sur investissement, impact sur les citoyens, etc.
- le travail avec le STRASS (Syndicat des travailleurs du sexe) pour améliorer la reconnaissance et la qualité de vie des prostituées, et plus généralement sur la liberté à disposer de son corps (ce qui inclue l’IVG).
- l’ouverture des données publiques, au sein d’OpenData69 (on travaille avec la mairie du Grand Lyon)
- la mise en place d’un wifi municipal
- l’outil de « retour citoyen » (le bugtracker des habitants)
- l'enregistrement et la diffusion des réunions du conseil municipal et des commissions
- la démocratie liquide (surtout pour les conseils de quartier) qui participe au processus du mandat impératif
- l’ouverture des commissions d’attributions des aides sociales (HLM, aides financières, etc) aux citoyens (via les modalités adaptées)
Pour faire court : Le Parti Pirate Lyon est une plate-forme de rassemblement des pirates lyonnais, pour d'appuyer la réalisation des projets. Nous sommes plus orientés « politique sur le terrain » que « blabla de communication » ;)
